We warmly welcome you to the Rituel Beauté online store. By visiting this site and placing an order, you agree to the following policies, terms, and conditions.
Provisional Orders and Invoice Modifications
Was an order created or modified on your behalf? If so, you will receive an email containing all the details along with a secure payment link.
Please note that any unpaid invoice will be automatically deleted after 15 days. A provisional order does not reserve your product.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
General Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Products must be new, unused, and complete, with their original packaging intact.
Return Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Haircare products
- Makeup
- Any product whose protective seal has been removed after delivery
Product Reactions
Any adverse reaction must be reported within 48 hours of first use and no later than 14 days from the delivery date.
Rituel Beauté reserves the right to request photos or a written confirmation from a doctor or pharmacist indicating that the reaction was caused by one of our products.
Returns by Mail
A written request must be sent to info@rameau-dor.com within 30 days of the delivery date.
Once approved, a team member will provide further instructions. Only written requests will be processed.
Returned items must be new, intact, and in their original packaging.
Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the product has been received and inspected.
In-Store Returns
Products returned in-store must meet the general conditions outlined above.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Errors
If an incorrect product was shipped, Rituel Beauté will cover the return and reshipping costs.
The issue must be reported within 14 days of the order date by email at info@rameau-dor.com, including photo evidence.
After this period, return and reshipping costs may become the customer’s responsibility.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it:
- Verify that the delivery address provided was correct.
- Contact the carrier directly for additional information.
- Notify us at info@rameau-dor.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we may assist you.
After this timeframe, we reserve the right to decline the request.
A refund will only be processed once the situation has been reviewed and, if applicable, the product has been returned and inspected.
