We warmly welcome you to the Rituel Beauté online store. By visiting this site and placing an order, you agree to the following policies, terms, and conditions:

Delivery and Return Policy

Provisional Orders and Invoice Modifications

Was an order created or modified on your behalf? If so, you will receive an email containing all the details along with a secure link for payment. Please note that any unpaid invoice will be deleted after 15 days. A provisional order does not reserve your product. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Shipping within Canada

Online orders are delivered exclusively within Canada, and rates vary by region:

Quebec and Ontario (local and regional areas)

  • Express delivery in 1 to 3 business days.
  • Free shipping for orders of $69 or more (before taxes).
  • $20 flat rate for orders under $69.

Western and Eastern Canada (remote provinces)

  • Delivery in 3 to 5 business days.
  • Free shipping for orders of $69 or more (before taxes).
  • $29.95 flat rate for orders under $69.

Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon

  • Shipping rates are calculated according to Canada Post rates (calculated automatically at checkout).

Shipping Timeline:
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Your beauty ritual is carefully shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays in Quebec and Canada) during business hours. Unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, customs, peak periods, etc.) may cause delays for which we cannot be held responsible. Please contact Canada Post directly for delayed deliveries. If necessary, we will gladly assist you with tracking your beauty ritual.

Special Extras

We take care of you! Receive personalized samples with every order. All samples are carefully selected by our team of skincare specialists to complement the products you’ve chosen. Discover and test new products to enhance your skincare ritual. Feel free to contact us at info@rameau-dor.com for any questions about your samples.

In-Store Pickup

Any order picked up in-store will be delivered in a gift bag containing all the little extras typically included in shipped orders. To avoid unnecessary trips, please wait for the email confirmation that your beauty ritual is ready for pickup.

Returns and Refunds

General Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition:
    • New products must be returned new, unused, and complete, with their original packaging intact.

Return Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • No returns are accepted for haircare products, makeup, or any item whose seal has been removed after delivery.

Reactions to Products

  • Any adverse reaction must be reported within 48 hours of the first use, and no later than 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Rituel Beauté reserves the right to request photos or a letter from a doctor or pharmacist confirming that the reaction was caused by one of our products.

In-Store Returns

Products returned in-store must meet the general conditions above. Shipping costs are non-refundable. By returning an item, you agree to cover the return shipping costs.

Returns by Mail

  1. The customer must send a written request to info@rituel-beaute.ca within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Once the request is approved, a team member will contact you. Only written requests will be processed.
  3. Returned products must be new, intact, and in their original packaging.
  4. Shipping costs (both initial and return) are non-refundable.
  5. Orders returned within the allowed time frame with intact products may be refunded using the original payment method.

Shipping Errors

If the wrong products were shipped, Rituel Beauté will cover the return and reshipping costs. The customer must report the issue to info@rituel-beaute.ca with photo(s) attached within 14 days of the order date. After this period, return and reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Delivered but Not Received

If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  • Verify that you provided the correct delivery address.
  • Contact the carrier to track and gather more information about the delivery.
  • Notify us by email at info@rituel-beaute.ca within 14 days of the expected delivery date, so we can assist you in following up with the carrier.

Please note that after this period, we reserve the right to decline your request. A photo may be required depending on the situation.

For any return by mail, a refund will only be issued after the product has been received and inspected at our store.
