We warmly welcome you to the Rituel Beauté online store. By visiting the site and completing an online order, you agree to the following policies, terms and conditions:
Delivery and return policy
Provisional orders & invoice modification
Was an order created or modified on your behalf? If so, you will receive an email containing all the information as well as the link to a secure platform for payment. Note that any unpaid invoice within 15 days will be deleted. A provisional order does not reserve your product. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Delivery in Canada
Online orders can only be shipped to Canada. Express delivery is offered for all orders. Free delivery is offered for all Canadian orders of $49 and more (before taxes), otherwise, a flat fee of $10 is applicable for delivery in Canada. Packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the order. We carefully ship your beauty ritual from Monday to Friday (excluding Quebec and Canadian holidays), during our business hours. Delivery can take between 2 to 5 business days with Canada Post. Conditions beyond our control (bad weather, strikes, customs, peak periods, etc.) may cause additional delays for which we cannot be held responsible. Please refer directly to Canada Post for delayed delivery. If necessary, we will be happy to follow up your beauty ritual with you.
We take care of you! Receive custom samples with every order. All samples are carefully chosen by our team of skincare specialists to complement the products you have chosen, so you can discover and test new products to add to your skin ritual. Institute order pick-up
Any order picked up in store will be delivered in a gift bag containing all the little extras usually given in orders shipped online. To avoid unnecessary travel, please wait to receive the email telling you that your beauty ritual is ready for pickup.
Return to Institute
For a product return in store, the items must be in their original condition, i.e. new. We only accept products in their original packaging (some products are subject to this level). Opened or used items will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. By returning merchandise, you agree to pay the shipping costs.
Return by post
Your satisfaction with your order is essential for the Rituel beauté boutique. Thus, it is possible to return an order and obtain a refund according to the conditions below.
In the event that a customer wishes to return their order, they must send a written request to the Rituel beauté store (info@rituel-beaute.ca). The request must be made within 30 days of the date of the order on the online store. Once we have received and approved your return, a member of the team will contact you. Only written requests will be processed. Once the return request has been confirmed by the Rituel beauté boutique, the customer may reship the order. Returned products must be new, undamaged and in their original packaging. Postage costs for sending, if applicable, and for return are non-refundable. An order returned within the allowed time with intact products may be refunded by the same method of payment as at the time of purchase on the online store (i.e. PayPal).
In the event that Boutique Rituel Beauté has shipped the wrong product(s), the return and reshipping postage costs will be paid by us. The customer must report the situation to info@rituel-beaute.ca, with supporting photo(s), within 20 days of the date of the order on the online store. If this period is exceeded, the customer will be responsible for paying the costs of returning and reshipping the products.
 Depending on the situation, a photo may be requested. For any return of items by post, note that the refund will only be made after having received the product in the institute.
Please note that if the above conditions are not met, the Rituel Beauté boutique reserves the right to refuse return processing.
