Your complete satisfaction with your order is essential for the boutique Rituel beauté. As such, you may return your order and be refunded according to the conditions below.
In case a client would like to return their order, they must send a written request to the boutique Rituel beauté (email@example.com). This request must be done within 30 days of the date of the order online. We will only process return requests made by email. Once we accept and confirm your request by email, the client may resend the order. Returned products must be new, intact, unused, and in their original packaging. In this case, sending fees and resending fees are not refundable. An order that is returned within required delays with intact products may be refunded with the same method of payment as when the order was completed on the online boutique (i.e. PayPal).
If the boutique Rituel beauté send the wrong product(s), we will take charge of the sending and resending fees. The client must signal the situation via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with a photo of the wrong products within 20 days after the date of the order on the online boutique. If this deadline is exceeded, the client will be responsible for paying sending and resending fees.
