Shipping Within Canada
Online orders are shipped within Canada only. Shipping rates vary by region:
Quebec and Ontario (Local & Regional Areas)
- Express shipping within 1 to 3 business days.
- Free shipping on orders of $69 or more (before taxes).
- A $20 fee applies to orders under $69.
Western and Eastern Canada (Remote Provinces)
- Delivery within 5 to 10 business days.
- Free shipping on orders of $69 or more (before taxes).
- A $29.95 fee applies to orders under $69.
Nunavut, Northwest Territories & Yukon
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. Delivery is handled by the selected carrier. For more information about your shipment, please contact the carrier directly.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. We carefully prepare and ship your Rituel Beauté from Monday to Friday (excluding Quebec and Canadian public holidays), during business hours.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, customs, peak periods, etc.) may occur, and we cannot be held responsible for such delays. Please refer directly to your carrier for delivery updates. If needed, we will gladly assist you in tracking your beauty ritual.

We take care of you! Receive personalized samples with every order. All samples are carefully selected by our skincare specialists to complement the products you’ve chosen. Discover and try new products to enhance your skincare ritual.

In-Store Pickup
Orders selected for in-store pickup will be prepared in a gift bag and include the same thoughtful extras typically offered with online shipments.
To avoid unnecessary travel, please wait until you receive the confirmation email indicating that your beauty ritual is ready for pickup.
